Computer Problems

If you own a computer, you’ve had a problem at some stage or other.

The first thing to do is see if it’s a hardware problem, or a software problem. Usually, if you computer crashes, simply turn it off, leave it off for a few minutes, then turn it back on again. If the computer starts up as usual, you should be fine.

If your computer does not start ok, then you can start working on what the problem is. See where the problem starts. Is it before Windows loads? Or is it after Windows tries to start?

If it’s the first, your computer problem is more than likely a hardware problem. If it’s after Windows starts, then it still could be hardware or software.
